Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the free AI workflow assessment on [SITE DOMAIN], provided by ScaleUP Systems Ltd ("ScaleUP", "we"). By using the assessment, you agree to them.
1 · What the service is
The assessment is a free conversation with our AI consultant, Sam, that produces a written, informational assessment of one of your business workflows — how it works today, a rough estimate of what automating it might cost and save, and a view on whether it's worth doing. It's offered as-is, to help you think, with no obligation on either side.
2 · It's guidance, not a guarantee
The assessment is informational only. Its estimates, figures, and recommendations are indicative, generated with the help of AI, and may be incomplete or wrong. It is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and it isn't a promise of any particular result, cost, saving, or timeline. Make your own checks before acting on it. Any work we might later do for you would be covered by a separate written agreement.
3 · AI-generated content
Sam's replies and your assessment are produced by AI and can contain errors or omissions. Treat them as a starting point, not a definitive answer, and don't rely on them as your sole basis for a decision.
4 · Using it properly
When you use the assessment, you agree not to:
- enter unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
- input other people's personal data, or confidential information you don't have the right to share;
- attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, or use it to build a competing product.
You're responsible for what you put in, and for the accuracy of the details you give us.
5 · What you get, and who owns what
The written assessment we produce for you is yours to keep and use for your own business purposes. Everything else — the website, Sam, our prompts, designs, and underlying systems — remains the property of ScaleUP Systems Ltd and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
6 · Booking a call
If you book a call, that's a no-obligation conversation. Booking is handled through a third-party scheduler and doesn't create any contract for paid services.
7 · Availability
We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may change or withdraw it at any time.
8 · Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: we provide the assessment "as is" with no warranties; and we're not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on it, including lost profits, lost savings, or business decisions made on the basis of it.

10 · Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. Continuing to use the assessment means you accept the current version.
11 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
